This Privacy Policy explains how Bubble Blitz: Pop Orbit ("we", "us", or "our") handles user information when you play our mobile game.
1. Information We Collect
We respect your privacy. The information we process is minimal and directly related to gameplay functionality:
- Gameplay Progress & High Scores: Unlocked levels, high scores, coins, and star ratings are stored locally on your device.
- Google Account (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, we authenticate your account using Google Firebase Authentication and store your chosen champion name, avatar, and stage scores in Google Firebase Firestore to stream leaderboard rankings.
- Custom Photos: If you choose to pick an image from your device gallery for your champion avatar, it is stored locally on your device or encoded in your personal profile document on Firestore. We never access other files on your device.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
This application integrates standard third-party developer SDKs:
- Google AdMob: We serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads through Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google AdMob may use standard mobile advertising identifiers to serve non-intrusive, compliant advertisements according to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase (Auth & Firestore): Used for secure cloud authentication and leaderboard sync. For details, refer to Firebase Privacy and Security.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Bubble Blitz: Pop Orbit contains family-friendly puzzle gameplay. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. All advertising units adhere to family-safe and COPPA standards.
4. User Rights & Account / Data Deletion
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, users have full control over their stored data:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your cloud account and all leaderboard records instantly inside the game by opening Champion Profile > tapping Delete Account > confirming Delete Permanently.
- Web-Based Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the app and wish to have your Google UID, email, and leaderboard data deleted from our Firebase servers, email us at shifanhusen@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Bubble Blitz". All associated data will be deleted within 7 business days.
5. Feedback & Player Submissions
When you submit voluntary feedback through the in-game Settings menu, your message and champion name are recorded in our secure database to improve future app updates. Feedback messages are never shared with third parties.
6. Security of Your Information
All communication between the game and Google Firebase / AdMob servers is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS encryption protocols.
